“In my experience with Dave over the last 7+ years, I see him and have discovered him to be a man of integrity. In fact, he cautiously guards against all forms of impropriety and even the appearance of evil. He has served my church, TCAL, with excellence and helped us increase our tithes and offerings substantially over the years. I have seen nothing to question in or about his character. I trust him to the extent that I have offered him a job overseeing TCAL’s finances including accounting, budgeting, goal setting, strategic financial planning and revenue generation. I have opened all of our church records to him. Dave was my first contact with GHC and I joined GHC because of him first and then the other outstanding leaders I found in GHC. I truly appreciate Dave’s heart to serve, putting churches’ interest and agendas ahead of his own. As he provides training and coaching, he is equipping leaders in my church~which impacts far more than just the finances of our church but also many others. I know he’s there for me when I need him both personally and professionally and that I can depend on him to speak truth into my life, even if it might be hard for me to hear. Now that’s a true friend. As I reflect upon all that Dave has done for me personally, for TCAL, his impact on the other GHC churches I serve, and as I have seen Dave’s goals, vision for ministry and serving Christ in action, as I have watched him face struggles, fears and pursue dreams, I have grown to trust and appreciate him as a friend, as a trusted ally and a role model for other leaders to follow. Please ensure that you treat him with the love and respect that this veteran, loyal man of God deserves given his faithful years of service to so many of us.
